Travwow Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by Travwow, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payments:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of travel package and the supplier's terms.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to cancellation fees.

4. Travel Documents:

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up to date.

• Travwow is not liable for any consequences resulting from the traveler's failure to comply with travel document requirements.

5. Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

• Travwow is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to the traveler's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

6. Liability:

• Travwow acts as a booking agent for various travel suppliers and does not own or operate any of the services provided.

• Travwow is not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, delays, or expenses incurred during the course of the traveler's trip, including those caused by third-party suppliers.

7. Changes and Amendments:

• Travwow reserves the right to make changes to travel itineraries, accommodations, and other arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.

• In the event of significant changes, Travwow will notify the traveler as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.

8. Intellectual Property:

• All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Travwow website are the property of Travwow or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Haryana, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guru-gram, Haryana.

10. Miscellaneous:

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the traveler and Travwow and supersede any previous agreements or arrangements.

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
